Experienced in managing multiple business units in the capacity of Finance as well as Operations in Imports and Exports Business Partner across multiple locations globally, especially in the East African regions like Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia. With an expertise in providing business-specific feedback to the team for design and delivery improvement of business solutions, he led implementation of core operations programs and processes into the business, ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term.
He makes his incursion into the business world by establishing Grit International-- the house of the Export and Import Operations of Industrial Chemicals comprising of both Organic & InOrganic Chemicals and Agro products such as Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Rice and Spices. The company comprises of two highly determined and efficient departments viz.: Chemicals and Agro products whereby the team is being given perfect environment to come up with innovative ideas so as to serve the best to our clients.
